Our Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you’ll be excited about your Simply Fierce purchase. We also understand that sometimes things do not go exactly as planned. Where this happens we are here to help.

Our first and most important request is that you reach out and discuss your concerns immediately. From experience, we know that when this happens we are be able to resolve the majority of concerns quickly and to the customers’ satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error:

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

  • If returned within 30 days of purchase we offer a refund or exchange
  • If returned within 90 days of purchase​ we offer a store credit

To be able to return and exchange, please remember to provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

Item must be in their original packaging and not damaged in any way.

How to return your product:

  1. Please e-mail info@simplyfierce.com.au and we will go through the steps for your returns authorisation.
  2. We will provide you with a shipping label. Gather your return items: package them carefully and attach the provided shipping label.
  3. Drop off your return at your nearest post office.

Returns Questions

What if my item was damaged, incorrect or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us and we will organise for a replacement item or exchange.

How long will my return take?

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

  • If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item.
  • If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

One last thing…

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.
